This would prevent us from going through a multitude of lengthy troubleshooting procedures. Your VPS would still be located in the same datacenter location as you are in now, it would just be migrated to a different physical host node. Please confirm how you like to proceed: Option 1(recreate) – If you do not have any important data on your server, please confirm data loss. so we can terminate it, and re-provision your VPS for you freshly. Option 2(migration) – Before we begin with the migration – can you confirm you’ve taken your own backups? With a migration – we will migrate all data in place but for good measure, we want to ensure that you have your own backups as well. In this context, we believe Option 1 could be the best choice, as it can help rule out any underlying OS or software issues which might be causing this situation.
