甲骨文付费账户换区域

我的甲骨文主要区域是日本东京的，但是我想增加一个订阅区域是韩国的首尔，我发工单说想要增加一个订阅区域，但是那边居然说我是免费邮箱域，需要联系中国区的客服，这个客服怎么联系，各位大佬们有经验吗？ 这个是客服跟我讲的： Our limit increasing team informed me that unfortunately due the fact that your email is from a free domain (like yahoo.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com) you will need to go to your sales representative. https://www.oracle.com/corporate/contact/ They will further request this limit increase.
